Define and measure product performance across the end-to-end customer journey, establishing and tracking KPIs across all journey stages Analyze customer behavior, funnels, and interaction patterns across digital and omnichannel touchpoints to identify friction, drop-offs, and opportunities Translate complex data into actionable insights that inform product strategy, prioritization, business cases, and roadmap decisions Support experimentation and performance measurement by developing measurement frameworks, analyzing test results, assessing impact, and maintaining dashboards and reporting Build and strengthen a connected, customer-focused view of performance by integrating multiple data sources, partnering with Data, Technology, and Product teams, and using AI to accelerate analysis and generate deeper insights

Требования:

Strong ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and apply appropriate analytical techniques to product and customer questions Comfortable using dashboards, analytics, and experimentation tools, with a strong understanding of digital product journeys and customer behavior Able to frame ambiguous questions, develop robust analytical approaches, and deliver clear, actionable outputs Skilled at translating complex data into concise, compelling insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders Confident using AI tools to accelerate analysis and insight generation, with strong attention to data accuracy and a proactive mindset toward learning and improving analytical approaches
