Product Analyst (Mid and Senior Level) - Joint Account

In this Product Analyst role at Zopa, you will help shape a new Joint Current Account product that underpins the bank’s growth. You’ll work cross-functionally to understand customers, guide development, and own outcomes with data-driven decisions. You’ll design experiments, define the metrics to track success, and build tools that surface insights for product and leadership. The role sits at the intersection of product, data, and engineering, offering high impact in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a larger bank. • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics to deliver trusted insights for the Joint Account product
• Design and evaluate statistically rigorous experiments to support rapid, iterative product development
• Define and own the product performance metrics and user experience quality indicators
• Own the analytics roadmap, identify opportunities, and prioritize high-impact work
• Develop cutting-edge AI-enabled analytics and internal data apps to enhance decision-making

• Experience in an analytical role with strong data manipulation skills in SQL and/or Python
• Experience delivering in fast-paced environments (fintech/start-up/consulting) with a bias to action
• Ability to navigate unstructured problems and deliver clarity to decision-makers
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
