Product Architect

In this role you shape the technical architecture for Fire & Intrusion products, ensuring alignment with the product strategy and roadmap. You act as the main technical bridge across product, engineering, quality, operations, and external partners, driving scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. You lead architecture decisions throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to sustaining engineering, balancing performance, cost, and manufacturability. • Define and govern end-to-end product architectures for Fire & Intrusion solutions.
• Translate customer and market needs into robust technical specifications and architectures.
• Provide technical leadership for complex challenges and architectural decisions.
• Lead feasibility studies and architecture reviews to guide investments.
• Ensure solutions balance performance, quality, cybersecurity, manufacturability, schedule, and cost.
• Collaborate with product management, hardware, software, cloud, and systems teams to deliver complete solutions.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, certification, and support teams for launches and lifecycle support.
• Engage with customers, certification bodies, and partners to support strategy and compliance.

• Engineering degree in Embedded Firmware or Electronics (preferred)
• 10+ years' hands-on electronics architecture experience (preferred)
• Experience in systems architecture, cybersecurity, and cross-functional collaboration
