Overview
In this role you shape system architecture and performance requirements for advanced semiconductor designs. You work with customers and cross‑functional teams to define features and architecture, validating feasibility with models and prototypes. You lead technical documentation and design reviews, ensuring alignment with product goals. You drive customer integration and support product launches, while contributing to silicon and board-level qualification. This role offers impact across architecture, feasibility, and stakeholder collaboration in a global, hybrid environment.

- Collaborate with tier 1/2 customers and design teams to define system and performance requirements and architecture for complex IC designs
- Lead creation of technical documentation such as Objective Specifications, Datasheets, and Marketing Requirements Documents
- Participate in architecture, IC-level, and board-level design reviews to ensure alignment with system needs
- Develop system-level models (SIMPLIS/Matlab) and FPGA prototypes to evaluate trade-offs and feasibility
- Contribute to product feasibility assessments during RFI and RFP phases
- Evaluate silicon at chip/board level and document errata to support device modifications
- Drive customer design-in activities and provide technical guidance toward successful integration and product launches
- Support RMA efforts during product development to identify and resolve early-stage failures
- Experience in Battery Monitoring units including protection features and Fuel Gauge algorithms
- Experience with DC/DC converters or mixed-signal ICs for portable power or audio products
- Experience in system or mixed-signal product specification development
- Multi-layer, mixed-signal PCB design knowledge
- Fluent written and verbal English with strong communication/presentation skills
