Product Definition Analyst

In this role, you will help shape the next-generation cloud-native Channel Manager product that connects hotels with a broad distribution ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support test campaigns, coordinate R&D and certification efforts, and drive issue resolution and continuous improvement. The position emphasizes operational excellence, scalable software delivery, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will contribute to product enhancements and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.

• Investigate and resolve test issues and customer inquiries; monitor test environments and maintain stability
• Coordinate with Production Maintenance teams during high-impact incidents; drive preventive actions to reduce recurrence
• Improve operational efficiency via documentation, process improvements, and knowledge sharing
• Assess and arbitrate solution approaches based on priorities, timelines, and customer impact; influence prioritization of enhancements
• Align business objectives with technical delivery; communicate with program and product stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Development, Certification, Implementation, QA, and other teams
• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers and analysts; promote secure, scalable, high-performing software
• Support organizational initiatives for best practices and continuous learning
• Balance short-term priorities with long-term product evolution

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; strong background in software or enterprise systems
• Experience in Production Maintenance or Test Maintenance environments
• Proven experience in software architecture, design, and complex enterprise systems
• Hospitality industry experience is preferred
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs and REST services is beneficial
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities; attention to detail
