Product Delivery Lead — Agile, Client‑Facing, Defence

Kainos is seeking a Product Consultant to take ownership of backlog maturity from inception to delivery, driving MVP thinking and stakeholder communication. You will lead agile ceremonies, run workshops, and develop junior staff, while maintaining strong client relationships in a defence-focused environment.

You will collaborate across teams to translate requirements into user stories, manage scope, and ensure successful delivery within commercial constraints.
