Product Development Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead a team of product developers and lab technicians in a highly customer-focused foodservice R&D environment.

This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who can bridge technical product development with people leadership, project management, and customer‑facing responsibilities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and develop a team of Product Development professionals
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Culinary and customers
• Lead commercial scale‑up and product launches
• Work directly with major national foodservice customers
• Maintain technical credibility while developing and mentoring the team
• Support a fast‑paced pipeline of 20+ active development projects
