Product Development Manager

• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality software solutions aligned with business goals
• Translate business requirements into actionable development plans
• Manage end‑to‑end projects with resource allocation and technical leadership
• Coach and inspire cross‑functional teams (Product Owners, Engineers, QA) to excel
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to align priorities and deliver impact

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in enterprise‑scale cloud environments
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, .NET, Go, CSS, HTML
• Experience with Azure and AWS
• DevOps tools: GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira
• Database experience: SQL Server, DB2
• Development practices: CI, CD, TDD, pair programming
• Strong leadership to manage complex, fast‑paced, global projects
