Overview

In this role, you will lead or support the design, development and launch of European fund products (UCITS/AIFs) for Luxembourg and Ireland, aligning offerings with defined markets and client needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strong customer outcomes and commercial success, and you’ll manage launches, regulatory awareness, and post-launch reviews. The role sits within the European Product Team, supporting growth across the product lifecycle and promoting a client-centric, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead or support research, design, and launch of new European market products
  • Ensure product designs meet target market needs and segments
  • Conduct competitor research to inform product development
  • Prepare and present business cases to senior management and product committees
  • Secure seed investments for new launches
  • Lead launch project working groups and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Provide updates to Product Implementation Working Group
  • Maintain product specifications, run books, issues logs and minutes
  • Conduct post-launch reviews and communicate findings to product committees
  • Monitor market and regulatory developments relevant to product development
  • Support and assist other European and broader Product Teams with product management activities
  • Promote the European Product Team internally and externally
Key requirements
  • Strong interest in asset management
  • Knowledge of European pooled fund structures (UCITS/AIFs) and distribution channels
  • Understanding of product lifecycle with focus on customer outcomes and Consumer Duty
  • Experience in project managing launch/change initiatives
  • Strategic thinking with ability to develop product propositions or solutions
  • Effective written and verbal communication; client materials drafting
  • Leadership and influencing skills; ability to chair meetings and build consensus
  • Team collaboration and ability to influence across the business
  • Well-organised and able to plan, with risk management
  • Numerate; proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
