Product Development Manager

Leverton Search is partnering with a leading global asset manager to appoint a Product Development Manager.

This is an opportunity to lead an experienced team, oversee new public markets products from concept to launch, and contribute to the firm’s evolving ETF and tokenisation agenda.

The role:

Reporting to the Global Head of Product and joining the Product Leadership Team, you will manage two Product Development Managers. Working across Investment, Distribution and control functions, you will identify opportunities, build commercial business cases and guide new products through governance to launch.

Your background

You will bring strong end-to-end product development experience within investment management, knowledge of UCITS and European fund structures, and the credibility to influence senior stakeholders and develop a team.

We welcome candidates with experience in traditional public markets products as well as ETFs and/or tokenisation. Team management experience is a must.
