Key Responsibilities: • Own the product roadmap and development schedule • Coordinate with architects, engineers on scope and budget • Work with manufacturing to ensure consistent product handoff • Define product configurations and features for offerings • Gather feedback from sales and field to improve designs
Requirements: • 7+ years in residential product development or similar • Solid understanding of wood framing and panelization • Experience with BOMs, cost margins, and value engineering • Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and construction processes • Comfortable reviewing Revit, CAD and BIM outputs
