In this role you own the Mission Control platform, driving the technology roadmap, release strategy, and end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled development operations. You will shape AI applications from concept to production, coordinating multi-vendor partners and ensuring regulatory compliance. You collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to turn development problems into high-value software and scalable AI capabilities. The role is fast-moving, ultra-Agile, and key to delivering real-time study and portfolio insights at GSK.

- Own the Mission Control platform end-to-end: roadmap, backlog, and bi-weekly release plan from concept to production
- Translate business vision into technical epics, features and acceptance criteria; prioritise based on value, risk, and compliance
- Manage release scope, go/no-go decisions, and post-release reviews; align with architecture standards
- Lead end-to-end AI applications development (problem framing to productionisation) and integration of AI/ML models into Mission Control
- Define model interfaces, data contracts, monitoring and retraining triggers with data science and AI engineering teams
- Drive an active innovation pipeline for AI capabilities and intelligent workflow automation
- Ensure AI features are explainable, monitored, and compliant with governance standards
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to evolve modular architecture and manage data hubs and integrations
- Lead day-to-day delivery with strategic partners; govern velocity, quality and timelines
- Ensure GxP, computer system validation and QA practices are upheld; strengthen automated testing and CI/CD
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and substantial experience as a product owner/director for complex data/analytics platforms in regulated environments
- Experience delivering AI applications end-to-end with measurable business value
- Practical understanding of AI/ML deployment, monitoring and governance in production
- Ability to operate in ultra-Agile environments with rapid iteration and changing scope
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale releases with multi-vendor teams
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical detail for senior leadership
- Experience with regulated development data, data quality, lineage and access controls
- Excellent communication in a global, matrixed organisation
- Deep familiarity with Agile product management and full product lifecycle
- Experience with multi-vendor partnerships and offshore/nearshore teams
- Knowledge of GxP, computer system validation and quality requirements
