Total Life is a telehealth company providing mental health care to older adults. It serves patients across the United States and is building AI agents to connect patients with care.

The role

As a Product Engineer, you will build and improve software across the client lifecycle, from acquisition and intake through care, billing, retention, and re-engagement. You will identify funnel drop-offs, ship product changes, and measure their impact.

What you'll do

• Build agentic systems for outreach, intake, insurance checks, scheduling, reminders, billing follow-up, and re-engagement.
• Develop referral and growth features for patients, families, providers, and partners.
• Connect product features and agents to CRM, scheduling, eligibility, billing, SMS, and voice workflows.
• Set up event tracking, dashboards, alerts, experiments, and agent evaluation and monitoring.
• Work with the founder and operations, billing, and marketing teams to automate workflow bottlenecks.

What you'll bring

• 2-4+ years building production software; full-stack experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Go or willingness to learn, and experience building with LLMs, including tool use, multi-step agents, prompt design, and evaluations.
• Fluency with SQL, analytics, and experiment design.
• Experience improving a funnel, lifecycle, or growth metric and building referral, retention, or viral product features.
• Comfort working independently on a small team and shipping quickly.
