Product Growth Software Developer

Build product growth systems with Go and LLM agents at Total Life, working hybrid from Vancouver, British Columbia. Own measurable patient journeys.

This Software Developer role spans product, growth, and AI agents within Total Life’s telehealth platform. You will improve acquisition, intake, scheduling, billing, retention, and re-engagement. The work combines full-stack development, analytics, experimentation, and agent evaluation for healthcare workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full client lifecycle and improve every handoff
• Build agentic systems for outreach, intake, reminders, and billing
• Create referral, retention, and re-engagement product flows
• Ship features quickly and monitor conversion and lifecycle metrics
• Connect agents with CRM, scheduling, eligibility, billing, SMS, and voice

Requirements:

• Two to four-plus years building production software
• Strong Go experience or willingness to learn quickly
• Hands-on LLM experience with agents, tools, prompts, and evaluations
• Fluency with SQL, analytics tools, and experiment design
• Experience owning and improving a funnel, lifecycle, or growth metric
