The role suits engineers with two to four-plus years building production software. You will use LLMs, SQL, analytics, and experiment design to improve measurable growth. You will also work with CRM, scheduling, insurance, billing, SMS, and voice workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own acquisition, intake, scheduling, billing, retention, and re-engagement handoffs
• Design agentic systems for outreach, intake, reminders, and billing follow-up
• Build patient, family, provider, and partner referral loops
• Ship product features quickly and iterate from performance data
• Monitor agents for accuracy, safety, compliance, and measurable outcomes

Requirements:

• Two to four-plus years building production software
• Hands-on Go experience or willingness to learn quickly
• Experience with LLM tools, multi-step agents, prompts, and evaluations
• Fluency with SQL, analytics tools, and experiment design
• Track record improving funnel, lifecycle, growth, referral, or retention metrics
