Product Lead

As Product Lead you will own a key area, guiding its evolution from strategy to delivery in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. You will collaborate with engineers to build robust, compliant solutions that improve patient care in real clinical settings. The role emphasizes impact, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end accountability, with weekly delivery of meaningful improvements. This is a hands-on leadership position within a mission-driven healthcare context.

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for a key area
• Own highly regulated product domains with NHS standards
• Write detailed, high-quality change proposals
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver robust solutions
• Lead decisions grounded in user and patient outcomes
• Manage backlog, bugs, and enhancements with precision
• Ensure releases meet regulatory and NHS requirements
• Act as SME across stakeholders
• Support clinical safety and compliance processes (ISO, NHS standards)
• Drive quality, documentation, and scalability across the product area

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management
• Track record delivering technically complex, customer-facing products
• Experience in regulated environments (healthcare beneficial)
• Strong technical understanding to engage with engineers
• Confidence writing detailed product specifications and requirements
• Sharp eye for detail and quality
• Ability to balance technical constraints with real-world outcomes
