Responsibilities
  • Define and own the product strategy for the search and merchandising vertical
  • Lead and grow a small team of Product Managers
  • Oversee day-to-day cross-functional delivery with engineers, designer, and analyst
  • Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Gather and prioritise requirements through stakeholder collaboration
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity
Key requirements
  • Senior Product Manager, Product Lead, or Head of Product experience
  • Experience in retail / eCommerce environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven mindset
  • Ideally prior line management experience
  • Candidates from Group Product Manager or Principal Product Manager roles in relevant industries considered
