Product Lead

In this leadership role, you will drive a major transformation programme by delivering a new Resource Management System and shaping the target operating model. You will oversee supplier performance and lead a team responsible for continuous service improvement. The position has high visibility across business, operational and technology functions, with impact on how a large public-sector organisation deploys resources. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver value, scale operations, and optimise outcomes in a regulated environment.

• Oversee delivery of the Resource Management System implementation
• Shape the future operating model for the function
• Manage supplier performance and external technology partners
• Lead a team responsible for ongoing development and optimisation of the service
• Engage with senior stakeholders across operational, business and technology functions
• Drive cross-functional delivery of large-scale transformation programmes
• Utilise data, user insight and performance metrics to inform decisions

• Experience leading workforce management, rostering, scheduling or resource management platforms in a large complex organisation
• Product Leadership or Product Owner experience with roadmap ownership and service improvement
• Strong understanding of workforce deployment, demand planning or rostering environments
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and external partners
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across multiple functions
• Proven track record delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programmes
• Strong leadership with a history of developing high-performing teams
• Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision making in regulated environments
