Product Lead, Agentic Payments Platform

As Product Lead at Airwallex, you shape the future of our payments infrastructure and drive AI-native capabilities across a global platform. You’ll lead the Payments Product team to reimagine merchant onboarding, optimize cross-border flows, and strengthen reliability and liquidity management. You’ll own end-to-end delivery from concept to launch, partnering with engineering, design, and commercial teams. This role offers the chance to impact how money moves globally at a fast-growing fintech with AI-driven visions.

• Own end-to-end merchant experience from onboarding through lifecycle
• Optimize global payment flows with features like intelligent batching, routing, and fee netting
• Strengthen infrastructure for reliability, compliance, and liquidity management
• Deploy AI-native capabilities to automate workflows, gather feedback, and enhance support
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and commercial teams to scale the platform

• 10+ years in a high-growth environment, preferably fintech or platform products
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; technical coursework is a plus
• Technical fluency with ability to engage in architectural discussions around high-scale systems
• Exceptional communication skills to translate strategy across technical and non-technical audiences
• Analytical rigor with data-driven problem-solving and attention to detail
• Bias for action with ownership to convert ideas into real products quickly
