Product Lead - Integrations and Orchestrations

In this role, you own and evolve the Integration & Orchestration platform that connects production workflows, data, and systems across WPP’s global ecosystem. You will collaborate with business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable integrations for Production Operations. The role combines strong stakeholder skills with a technical focus on APIs, orchestration, and agile delivery. You will translate requirements into engineering-ready backlog items and drive enterprise-scale delivery.

• Own and prioritise the Integration & Orchestration platform backlog aligning with technology strategy and Production Operations priorities
• Evolve the platform roadmap balancing sustainability, engineering considerations, and long-term needs
• Bridge business stakeholders, Product, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and Service teams
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and non-functional requirements
• Produce clear, testable, prioritised engineering requirements traceable to business outcomes
• Lead API-first, event-driven, asynchronous, system-to-system integrations across SaaS and bespoke platforms
• Facilitate workshops to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity, and align implementation approaches
• Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and decisions to technical and non-technical audiences
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to ensure secure, scalable, reusable platform outcomes
• Ensure acceptance criteria cover success, failure, and edge cases to support estimation, QA, and release readiness
• Act as primary owner for Atlas platform backlog for integration and orchestration capability

• Experience as Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Technical Analyst, Platform Owner, or Integration Lead in a complex enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of API design, API-led integration, system-to-system integration, workflow orchestration, event-driven patterns, domain-driven design, and data exchange
• Experience managing a technical backlog in an agile delivery environment with user stories and acceptance criteria
• Proven ability writing clear, testable user stories for estimation, development, validation, and release readiness
• Strong understanding of non-functional requirements for enterprise platforms (security, performance, resilience, observability, scalability, data quality, error handling, operational support)
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, QAs, architects, product teams, operations, and senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex integration concepts in business language
• Confidence facilitating discussions, managing expectations, resolving ambiguity, and influencing priorities across teams
