Overview
As Product Manager at Insider One, you will lead the vision and execution of core products, guiding cross-functional teams from ideation to launch. You articulate business value for releases and own the end-to-end release process to bring products to market. You will continuously prioritize initiatives based on market trends and customer needs, and define key metrics to drive performance and satisfaction. - Own and optimize the release process to bring products to market successfully

- Define and analyze key product metrics to measure performance and identify improvements
- Bachelor
- 3+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience with B2B SaaS product
- Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development
- Exceptional decision-making and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- Leadership and ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Clear and effective communication across audiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Teamwork and collaboration with diverse groups
