Overview
In this role you will lead the development of inbound payments, starting with integrating a new API-based payments vendor. You will shape a compelling payments vision aligned with customer needs and strategic goals, and own the onboarding process in collaboration with engineering, finance, and compliance teams. You will monitor regulations, industry trends, and competition to inform user-friendly payment experiences. You will drive a cross-functional roadmap, focus on high-quality customer journeys, measure outcomes, and keep stakeholders regularly updated. This is a chance to help scale payments capabilities within a fintech-bank hybrid and shape how customers pay.
Responsibilities- Define and drive the payments vision aligned with business goals
- Lead onboarding of the new payments provider with cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain a cross-functional roadmap to deliver value
- Prioritize and enhance user-focused payment experiences
- Track key performance outcomes for the squad and report on progress
- Communicate progress and roadmap changes to stakeholders
- 3+ years in product management (payments/fintech/banking preferred)
- Experience with API-based payments and relevant financial regulations
- Proven track record in digital product development and launch
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills
- Familiarity with agile tools (JIRA, Miro)
