As Product Manager for Search, you will own the core search experience and help consumers feel confident in their move. You’ll collaborate with designers, researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to evolve a flagship product used by millions. You’ll shape opportunities with data, define outcomes, and drive initiatives that improve the consumer experience at scale. This role offers autonomy within a high-performing team and a chance to influence Rightmove’s core proposition and growth.

- Own and monitor the search product and its features, measuring success against defined KPIs
- Create and validate business cases with clear opportunity, costs and benefits
- Contribute to customer experience initiatives and support others in their initiatives
- Analyze impacts on systems and processes; drive discovery with designers and researchers
- Collaborate with UX specialists and visual designers to improve or design new experiences
- Understand user motivations and stay aligned with industry insights
- Generate ideas and identify opportunities to drive innovation within the team
- Work with engineers and architects to assess technical options and constraints
- Maintain an improvements backlog aligned with business goals and coordinate prioritization
- Triage inbound requests and manage stakeholder expectations in a timely manner
- Build relationships across domains to identify cross-cutting opportunities
- Help shape the strategic direction of Search with the Head of Product and Senior Product Manager
- Lead product discovery with clear recommendations and delivery approaches
- Operate with autonomy and influence, managing stakeholder relationships and goals
- Experience delivering software products end-to-end in a technology-led company
- Take ownership of a product and its delivery with an autonomous team
- Data-informed decision making using quantitative and qualitative insights
- Commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with multitasking ability
- Experience with a Search product at scale or a large consumer-facing product
- Understanding of how an organisation runs commercially and operationally
- Encourages contributions from team members and values diverse input
- Long-term thinking and ability to drive product vision
- Familiar with agile methodologies and can describe technical implementation
- Desire to learn and improve processes within the team
- Ability to negotiate roadmaps with product leaders, present to senior leadership, and discuss with engineers
