Overview

In this role you own the JCB Site Dumper product range, guiding development from concept to launch and aligning with sales, marketing, and dealer activity. You drive product strategy to meet customer needs and sustainable growth, working with dealers, customers, and internal teams to identify market opportunities and respond to competitive trends. You’ll lead NPI, manage the portfolio, and support training and marketing initiatives, shaping how the products perform in the market. This is a commercially focused, cross-functional role that values initiative, collaboration, and customer insight, offering tangible impact through growth and improved customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from brief to launch.
  • Oversee the current product portfolio, including sales codes, improvements and cost analysis.
  • Support dealer and customer product training.
  • Coordinate product-related marketing activities.
  • Build strong relationships with dealer teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify market opportunities and drive growth initiatives with regional sales teams.
  • Monitor competitor activity and regional pricing to inform commercial decisions.
  • Represent customer requirements and market feedback within JCB.
  • Communicate market insights to align operations and strategy.
  • Support dealer capability through training and use of JCB tools.
  • Present the Site Dumper range at exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.

  • Product management or sales background with strong commercial awareness

  • Confident engaging with customers, dealers and stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organized with planning and time-management abilities
  • Commercially minded with analytical skills to identify opportunities
