Product Operations Analyst

• Monitor product functionality
• Investigate, help diagnose and resolve bugs and issues
• Action daily operational process controls and alerts
• Collaborate with the wider business, including product, customer support, marketing and engineering teams
• Deliver regular operational tasks and processes accurately and on time
• Assist the wider business in providing excellent customer support
• Pull and analyse data using SQL
• Provide data extracts and dashboard reporting across the business, focusing on operational controls
• Automate and optimise controls, processes and management information

Requirements

• Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets at basic to intermediate level
• Willingness to learn and drive efficiency
• Numerate with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
• Meticulous with attention to detail
• Proactive, with the ability to make things happen
• Fast learner, able to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately
• Ability to find solutions independently
• Intermediate-level SQL
• Experience in a tech environment or a strong interest in FinTech is nice to have
• Unable to accept applications from those who require sponsorship or hold a graduate visa
