Product Operations Specialist

Product Operations Specialists improve execution frameworks, reporting, and workflows at Kinaxis. This role supports scalable product delivery across cross-functional teams.

Kinaxis seeks a Product Operations Specialist to strengthen processes, governance, tooling, and operating practices. You will support Product, Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, and Customer Success through consistent planning, validation, reporting, and lifecycle management. The role helps teams make informed decisions and improve execution visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and improve Product delivery and execution frameworks
• Identify process friction, tooling gaps, and data-quality issues
• Maintain reporting structures, metrics, dashboards, and definitions
• Improve planning, lifecycle management, and release readiness
• Analyze operational trends and recommend scalable improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• Five or more years in Product Operations or related disciplines
• Experience supporting software, SaaS, or technology products
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement capabilities
• Experience with Smartsheet and Atlassian strongly preferred
