KeyResponsibilities

• Value-DrivenPrioritization: Triage,refine,andstructureamassivebacklog,mappingeveryfeaturedirectlytomeasurablebusinessandclientvalue.
• RoadmapOwnership: CollaboratedirectlywiththeHeadofDataandexecutivestakeholderstodefine,adapt,andexecuteatransparentproductroadmap.
• Client&StakeholderEngagement: Actastheprimarytechnicalvoiceforexternalenterpriseclients,translatingcomplexrequirementsintoactionableuserstoriesandclearreleaseplans.
• AgileExecution: Leadsprintplanning,grooming,stand-ups,andretrospectiveswithinadynamic,fast-paceddataandsoftwareengineeringenvironment.
• MetricDefinition: Defineandtrackproductsuccessmetrics(KPIs/OKRs)tovalidatefeatureadoptionandROIpost-launch.
