Product Owner (Data Taxonomies) - Senior Associate

In this role you shape the RDaaS product strategy by driving the roadmap and partnering with business leaders to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions. You’ll evolve taxonomy and reference data capabilities, capture requirements, and enable smooth onboarding for users and tenants within a governed, accessible platform. You work closely with UX, Engineering, and cross‑functional teams to maintain documentation and align on standard data models and patterns. This is a hands-on, collaborative opportunity to influence data governance and product design at scale.

• Gather and clarify user needs to support discovery for new features and enhancements
• Produce well-written user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting materials with UX and Engineering
• Define and maintain standard data models and taxonomy patterns (structures, attributes, naming conventions)
• Document metadata and quality expectations to improve reuse and consistency
• Create and maintain product documentation (onboarding guides, FAQs, feature notes, process playbooks)
• Improve handoff from design to delivery for clarity and traceability
• Support complex onboarding by coordinating requirements and actions across teams
• Ensure solutions align with standard product patterns and are scalable
• Collaborate with the Delivery sub-team to feed back from user support, testing, and releases
• Support refinement sessions and user testing coordination as needed

• Aptitude for user-centered, systems-oriented product design
• Ability to write clear requirements and maintain high-quality documentation
• Foundational understanding of reference data, taxonomies, metadata, and data governance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Comfortable partnering with UX and engineering in an Agile environment
