Overview

In this role you drive digital product delivery for LSEG’s corporate websites within Corporate Engineering. You will define product strategy, document requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure compliant, high-performing platforms. You’ll lead AEM and AWS initiatives, balancing regulatory obligations with user-focused delivery. The role offers impact at scale, shaping public-facing digital experiences and enabling reliable, secure content and services. You join a mature Agile team dedicated to continuous improvement and value-driven delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver on Digital strategy and capability projects while becoming a domain expert for the applications
  • Analyze business processes, document current workflows, and translate into new requirements and use cases
  • Lead analysis, design, and implementation of AEM sites; draft business requirements and system interaction diagrams
  • Collaborate with business and technology partners to define product strategy, wireframes, and mock-ups
  • Provide comprehensive context of required functionality to ensure end-to-end precision
  • Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, Architecture, and SRE to meet regulatory obligations
  • Define and track product health metrics such as availability, errors, deployment risk, and technical debt
  • Maintain a prioritised backlog and coordinate with development teams and stakeholders
  • Lead requirement breakdown and estimation sessions across multiple teams
  • Own QA and automated testing efforts; enable DevOps and test strategy development
  • Develop and review test plans and reports to assess product quality and testing effectiveness
  • Propose and implement software testing strategies for digital transformation
  • Own and drive software lifecycle quality documentation
  • Contribute to project discoveries, business cases, kickoffs, proposals, and statements of work
Key requirements
  • Product Manager with understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Scrum, SaFE, Kanban)
  • Experience delivering regulatory digital platforms/websites in high-pressure environments
  • Proven PM/PO in digital domain for large-scale websites and cloud projects
  • Experience leading people and improving delivery practices
  • Stakeholder management and confident decision-making
  • Experience with cloud implementations; AWS knowledge is a plus
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding of website components, DAM, workflows, analytics, and overlay customization
  • Functional spec creation for templates, components, widgets, and workflows
  • Experience integrating websites with backend systems
  • Cross-browser compatibility, TDD, and working with onshore/offshore teams
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) or Asana
