Product Owner - Digital Solutions

In this role you will steer digital products and automation to improve design processes within a global, digitally-focused team. You will lead product ideation and development, balancing scope with budget and schedule while nurturing an innovative, collaborative culture. You’ll manage backlogs, roadmaps, risks, and vendor coordination, contributing to impactful solutions for complex projects. • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture
• Coordinate planning and management of tool backlog and roadmaps; report progress
• Ensure high-quality delivery of the approved scope of works
• Identify and monitor dependencies, blockers and product risks
• Monitor Opex vs. Capex and take corrective actions
• Collaborate with Communications, Marketing and Adoption teams to facilitate product growth
• Plan and facilitate resource forecasting and sprint planning
• Coordinate 3rd party vendors to manage scope, schedule and budget
• Ensure governance of Agile and DevOps practices throughout the development lifecycle

• Demonstrable experience as a recognised Product Owner/Manager of digital products/tools
• Well established project management skills with effective progress reporting
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation abilities
