As Product Owner within Mercer Operations & Technology, you define and drive the roadmap and lifecycle for digital products in a collaborative, agile setting. You will oversee delivery, acceptance criteria, and release governance to maximize value and ensure readiness. - Define and oversee the delivery roadmap and full product lifecycle for assigned products
- Identify business value and ROI for product enhancements
- Manage backlog and maintain a single roadmap while prioritising business needs
- Approve technical design, define feature scope, manage trade-offs, and coordinate UAT
- Verify deliverables meet acceptance criteria and secure stakeholder sign-off
- Support business readiness, provide release updates, and govern to maximise business value
- Support leadership with KPIs and regular reporting to demonstrate value delivery
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle, particularly Agile Scrum
- Commercial awareness with ability to articulate business case value
- Experience as Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst
