AnexcellentopportunityforaProductOwnertojoinathrivingandgrowingsoftwarebusiness,andtakeresponsibilityforanumberofkeyinitiativesaroundpayments;bothdeliveringfeaturesalongsideScrumteams,andcontributingtothestrategicroadmap.

You'llberesponsibleforworkingonanumberofkeyprojectsacrossthewholesolution.Thatwillrangefromakeymulti-yearprogrammetoanumberofsmallerdeliverables.Additionallyyou'llworkcloselywithvariousteamsandcustomerstocontributetothepaymentsproductroadmap,prioritisingfeaturesandputtingtogetherbusinesscases.You'llworkdaytodaywithScrumteamswithinthebusinesstoprioritiseanddeliverfeatures,deliverthebacklogandplansprints,andensurethatfeaturesarefullyintegratedintotheoverallproductstrategy.

It'sanopportunitytoplayakeypartinahighlystrategicprogrammeofwork,inanorganisationwheretherearestrongcareerpathsandopportunitiestoprogressasyoubuildyourexperience.

You'llneedpreviousexperienceasaProductOwnerorManagerinaSaaSvendorenvironment.ExperienceworkinginbothB2BandB2Cenvironmentswouldbehelpful,inparticulartheabilitytounderstandcustomerneedandputtogethercommercialbusinesscasesfornewfeaturestomeetthoseneeds.Experienceinpaymentswouldbeideal;directdebits,cards,ormobilepaymentsorotherpaymentsareaswouldworkwell.

Theroleishybrid-twodaysaweekintheofficenearReading.

Salary is around £65K base.
