Product Performance Analyst

In this role you will lead measurement, analysis and reporting of product performance to drive evidence-based decisions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve user experience, operational efficiency and commercial outcomes. You translate data into actionable insights and develop metrics that track digital service performance. This position offers the opportunity to shape how we measure success and inform product decisions at scale.

• Lead measurement, analysis and reporting of product performance
• Develop and track metrics for digital service performance
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings
• Support continuous improvement of user experience, operations, and commercial outcomes

• Experience in performance analysis or data analytics roles in digital products or services
• Strong quantitative analysis skills with proficiency in SQL, analytics platforms and Excel
• Experience developing and tracking metrics for digital service performance
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Strong data visualization skills with dashboards and reports
• Understanding of data privacy and security principles
• Experience analysing Google Analytics (GA4) data
• Fluency in English
• Current residency in the UK or Poland with unlimited right to work
