Product Service Delivery Lead — Hybrid

Whitbread is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (Product) to own the operational performance of a portfolio of business-critical services within our Technology & Data team, ensuring stability, resilience and continuous improvement.

You’ll own end-to-end service health, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, manage incidents and SLAs, and drive service design, transition and readiness for new services to deliver value for guests and colleagues.
