Product Specialist — Smart Metering & Digital Platforms

Portsmouth Water is seeking a Product Specialist to partner with the Product Owner to deliver key initiatives, translate business needs into actionable components, and drive delivery across teams in a 12-month FTC.

You will refine the backlog, ensure alignment with KPIs and our digital-first strategy, and champion customer-centric design while working with CRM Kraken, Temetra, and website platforms to meet functional and non-functional goals.
