Production AI Platform Support Engineer – SRE

Aflac Northern Ireland is seeking an Application Support Engineer for the AI Platform. You will own Level 2/3 support, triage issues, and help ensure production readiness across AWS-based environments.

The role emphasizes reliability, observability, and cost control, with a focus on proactive incident response. You’ll work with Platform Engineers and Context Engineering to translate production learnings into roadmaps, build runbooks, and establish robust monitoring and alerting.
