Production Financial Analyst (Fully Remote)

• Support the Production Accountant on visual effects productions across multiple studio locations.
• Gather and organize data from production and finance systems.
• Prepare calculations and reports for revenue recognition, tax credits, and client invoicing.

What You Will Do:

• Reconcile payroll and costs, flagging discrepancies.
• Assist with revenue recognition calculations and month-end close activities.
• Prepare client invoices aligned with contract terms and project milestones.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field with 4-7 years of experience.
• Solid understanding of reconciliations, month-end close, and ERP systems like NetSuite.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work remotely with a manager in another time zone.
