Professional Services - Technical Architect
GitLab
As a Professional Services Technical Architect at GitLab, you steer the technical direction of customer engagements from scoping to delivery. You design reference architectures for GitLab across self-managed and cloud environments and guide migrations using IaC, Terraform, and Ansible. You lead cross-team delivery with partners and customers, contribute reusable collateral, and share product updates to ensure consistent outcomes. You’ll work in a remote, asynchronous setting, mentoring others and aligning work with client needs and SOWs, while embracing GitLab’s AI-driven, value-driven culture.
