Professional Services Technical Intern

Support Axis Communications pre-sales design and networking projects as a Professional Services Intern working in person in Mississauga, Ontario. Build technical materials and demonstrations.

This student internship supports the Professional Services Group across Axis product portfolios. You will prepare recommendations, coordinate field activities, and maintain the Axis Experience Centre. The work includes networking knowledge, technical writing, presentations, troubleshooting, and customer-facing preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales design and technical support
• Prepare technical sales materials and recommendations
• Coordinate visits, surveys, proofs of concept, and trials
• Maintain technologies within the Axis Experience Centre
• Identify workflow efficiencies and support Professional Services staff

Requirements:

• Enrollment in a secondary institution
• Eligibility for a four, eight, or twelve-month internship
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, transport protocols, switches, or infrastructure
• Strong technical writing, presentation, and listening skills
• Ability to commute to Mississauga and access a vehicle

Develop pre-sales, networking, presentation, and technical writing experience supporting Axis products in Mississauga.
