Become a vital part of the Office of the Deputy Chief Technology Officer as a full-time Program Coordinator in Technology Services. Coordinate strategic initiatives, support executive priorities, and manage cross-functional activities.
In this permanent role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the DCTO, Program Manager, and Directors. Your work will involve research, project coordination, and preparing executive materials, directly impacting the Division's operational success. You will also be responsible for tracking commitments and ensuring timely follow-through on key projects.
Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate DCTO office priorities and work plans • Lead project initiatives and monitor progress • Conduct in-depth research and analysis • Prepare executive-level briefing materials • Coordinate stakeholder meetings and consultations
Requirements: • Post-secondary education in a relevant field • Experience in project or program coordination • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
