The Program Director will oversee the Wireline Network Transformation program, emphasizing delivery, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes. You are expected to bring over 15 years of management experience, leading large-scale projects in a cross-functional environment. The position requires a robust understanding of operational and financial objectives to ensure program success.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee delivery of wireline network transformation objectives • Build trusted relationships with CXOs and stakeholders • Drive large-scale transformation initiatives targeting automation • Lead national teams in planning, deployment, and operational support • Ensure continuous improvement in infrastructure project execution
Requirements: • 15+ years in Telecommunications, especially Wireline networks • Strong leadership experience across enterprise-wide projects • Expertise in financial and risk management strategies • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related area • PMP certification or equivalent preferred
