Program Finance Advisor Agile Delivery

Shape agile program financials at CBC/Radio-Canada using forecasting and financial tracking skills in a telework/hybrid position. Support decisions across Technology & Infrastructure.

As a Program/Project Delivery Finance Advisor, you will steward complex project and program financials. You will connect delivery squads, program leadership, Governance, Product Owners, and Corporate Finance. The work supports a large-scale transformative agile/hybrid program through accurate tracking, reporting, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and aggregate program-level financials across Capital and non-Capital spending
• Establish financial guardrails with the Program Director and Finance
• Align labour and travel burn rates with resource allocations
• Develop financial plans and what-if scenarios for decisions
• Prepare Governance reporting and communicate financial statuses

Requirements:

• Seven years of relevant experience, including three managing project financials
• Experience in agile, traditional, and hybrid environments
• Strong understanding of project expenditure types and funding models
• Proficiency using data tools for financial performance reporting
• Relevant university degree or equivalent training and experience
