Program Finance Coordinator

Providing strategic financial oversight and donor compliance support, the full-time remote Program Finance Coordinator will act as a finance business partner to country programmes, focusing on proposal development, budgeting, and financial performance monitoring. Key responsibilities Act as the primary finance business partner to assigned Country Offices, offering strategic financial advice throughout the programme and award cycle Lead the financial review and development of proposal budgets and ensure compliance with donor regulations and organizational policies Monitor portfolio financial performance and support audit preparation, risk mitigation, and grant close-out processes Required qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Significant experience in programme finance and donor-funded awards within an INGO or non-profit environment Expertise in donor compliance and proposal budget development Strong understanding of major institutional donor regulations and financial requirements High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems; experience with Oracle NetSuite is desirable
