As Program Lead, FSP Operations (Data Management) you guide cross-functional Data Management programs within Parexel’s FSP framework, aligning strategic direction with financial discipline and client partnerships. You collaborate with regional leaders and line managers to standardize delivery yet tailor to client needs, shaping the future of FSP offerings in data management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead overall success of Data Management FSP programs with quality, compliance, and client satisfaction focus
  • Provide strategic direction on program-level financial performance and resource optimization
  • Manage budgets, resources, costs, reporting, profitability targets, and contract oversight
  • Oversee workforce infrastructure for successful FSP execution
  • Drive strategic initiatives to strengthen and expand FSP service offerings within Data Management
  • Develop scalable FSP solutions addressing client needs and growth
  • Establish standardized delivery frameworks with flexibility for program-specific requirements
  • Implement quality standards, metrics, and reporting to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Promote knowledge sharing and harmonization across FSP programs while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Identify opportunities to expand FSP services and align with client and organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships for long-term partnerships
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of FSP Data Management leadership in a CRO
  • At least 3 years of line management experience
  • Direct experience with FSP Program Leadership in Data Management
  • Experience with FSP resourcing projections, billing, forecasting, and financial tracking
  • Understanding of FSP operating requirements across multiple therapeutic areas
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical trial frameworks
  • Experience developing and implementing FSP solutions for diverse clients
  • Ability to address challenges of FSP service delivery in different contexts
  • Experience building and managing cross-functional teams across therapeutic areas
