Program Manager, Authentication

In this role you will lead end-to-end GTM planning and program management for a strategic initiative within eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee Operations. You’ll connect operations, external partners and cross-functional teams to launch and grow authentication programs in Electronics and Collectibles. The role combines project leadership with change management to deliver a seamless, scalable customer experience. You will drive impact by shaping rollout plans, resolving blockers, and tracking performance against key metrics.

• Lead end-to-end GTM orchestration from readiness to post-launch refinements
• Identify and resolve blockers and triage issues across stakeholders
• Coordinate across operations, product, marketing, legal and other teams to meet critical milestones
• Drive global program management to accelerate growth and optimize performance
• Develop escalation playbooks and triage customer problems for a frictionless experience
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships and ensure operational alignment
• Own program insights and reporting in Weekly Business Reviews
• Act as change management lead for operational or partner changes

• 3-5+ years in Project Management, Program Management, or GTM Operations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for metrics analysis and reporting
• Exceptional communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience managing external partner or client relationships as primary contact
• Self-starter with strong follow-through in high-pressure environments
• Ability to adapt to evolving strategic directions
• Familiarity with project management tools to maintain schedules
• Experience using AI to improve program management deliverables
• Willingness to travel to partner offices and AG centers
• Prior experience in authentication, logistics/operations, or product development is a plus
