Overview

In this role, you lead the multi-year Claims Cloud Transformation Programme to migrate UK and European claims operations to a new cloud platform. You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement across a complex, cross-region landscape. You’ll partner with senior leaders, suppliers, and delivery teams to align with strategy and realise business benefits. The position offers visibility, impact on operating models, and the chance to shape future cloud-enabled claims capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the Claims Cloud Transformation roadmap and delivery approach.
  • Lead multiple workstreams, partners, and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
  • Establish governance, controls, and decision forums aligned to transformation governance.
  • Ensure alignment with business and technology strategy and enterprise architecture.
  • Drive planning across business, technology, data, migration, testing, and readiness activities.
  • Oversee seamless migration of UK and European claims operations within reference architecture.
  • Engage senior leaders and provide executive-level communications and progress reports.
  • Manage external partners and suppliers to meet objectives, timelines, and quality.
  • Report on programme health, risks, issues, and financial performance with timely decisions.
Key requirements
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale transformational migration programmes.
  • Experience managing multi-year programmes across business and technology domains.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex systems implementation and migration initiatives.
  • Strong governance, planning, and execution capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Stakeholder management across executive, operational and technical audiences
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build alignment in matrix environments
  • Guidewire experience (desirable)
  • Cloud transformation and data migration
  • Enterprise integration and multi-country delivery
