Program Manager, Data Center Services

As an Program Manager for Data Center Services, you will lead the documentation and alignment of our integrated operational model to scale with evolving demand. You will oversee development and deployment of proprietary tools to improve digital visibility and drive operational efficiency. You will foster governance and collaboration across EU/EMEA vendors, while standardizing SOW templates to accelerate procurement and execution. You will streamline processes to close contractual and training gaps and convert past challenges into future standards. This role connects cross-functional teams to shape scalable data center operations with a strong emphasis on impact and measurable outcomes.

• Lead the documentation and structural alignment of the DCS operational model to support scalability
• Oversee development and deployment of proprietary tools to optimize operations and visibility
• Drive governance and collaboration across EMEA framework vendors
• Coordinate standardized SOW deliverable templates to improve execution predictability and procurement speed
• Streamline processes to eliminate contractual and training gaps and turn historical challenges into future standards

• 5 years of experience in program management or operations management within data centers, construction, process improvement and systems management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
