Program Manager - Infrastructure & Network Expansion

Are you an experienced Program Manager who thrives on delivering complex infrastructure projects, driving operational excellence, and influencing senior stakeholders?

We're looking for a highly motivated professional to join a major logistics and supply chain organisation's Launch & Expansion team , helping to shape and optimise a rapidly growing delivery network across Europe. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure and operational projects that directly impact business performance, customer experience, and future growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading a portfolio of infrastructure, maintenance and site optimisation projects across the region.
• Managing upgrades to operational facilities, office environments and building infrastructure.
• Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Real Estate, Design & Construction teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Developing business cases, strategic recommendations and executive-level presentations.
• Driving process improvements, standardisation initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Managing multiple stakeholders and influencing decision-making at senior leadership level.
• Using data, metrics and analysis to identify opportunities and deliver measurable improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Program Management or Project Management.
• Strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mentality and a hands-on approach to delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• End-to-end programme delivery experience.
• Process improvement and operational optimisation expertise.
• Senior stakeholder and executive communication experience.
• Experience building scalable processes, project plans and governance frameworks.
