About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to support a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) transformation.

This is a hands-on, tactical program management position within a fast-moving enterprise transformation environment. The successful candidate will work closely with program leadership, Project Managers, business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation partners to keep multiple workstreams aligned and moving forward.

This is not a high-level advisory role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being close to the delivery — managing plans, tracking progress, identifying risks and dependencies, working through issues and helping teams execute.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and coordinate multiple workstreams within a D365 F&O transformation
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules and milestones
• Use Azure DevOps (ADO) extensively to manage and track program delivery
• Monitor risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies across the program
• Coordinate Project Managers, business teams, technical teams and implementation partners
• Track deliverables and proactively address schedule or delivery concerns
• Facilitate program meetings, working sessions and governance activities
• Prepare clear program status reporting for leadership and key stakeholders
• Manage escalations and drive issues toward resolution
• Monitor program financials, resources, priorities and delivery commitments
• Support vendor and system-integrator coordination
• Maintain strong program controls while operating in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

PMP certification is required.

Candidates should also bring:

• Strong, hands-on Azure DevOps (ADO) experience
• Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
• Demonstrated experience program managing complex enterprise transformations
• A tactical, delivery-oriented approach to program management
• Strong integrated planning and scheduling experience
• Excellent RAID and dependency-management capabilities
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, Project Managers and workstreams
• Vendor and implementation-partner management experience
• Strong executive and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience working within structured program governance environments
• Ability to operate effectively in a rapidly changing program

Location

This opportunity is based in Ottawa, Ontario and follows a hybrid working model. Candidates must be comfortable attending the client site regularly based on program requirements.

The successful candidate must also be able to complete the security-clearance process required for the assignment.
