About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an experienced Technical Lead / Senior Developer to play a key role in delivering complex enterprise applications within the public sector. You’ll combine hands‑on development with technical leadership, helping shape scalable solutions that support important customer service, case management and regulatory processes.
Working alongside developers, testers, business analysts, architects and stakeholders, you’ll turn business needs into practical technical solutions. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, mentoring others and balancing architecture decisions with hands‑on delivery.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead the technical design and development of complex enterprise applications and integrations.
- You’ll build solutions using Java, React/Next.js/Node.js, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure.
- You’ll design integrations using APIs, Azure services and cloud‑based architecture patterns.
- You’ll guide developers through code reviews, technical standards and development best practices.
- You’ll collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements into implementation plans.
- You’ll support Agile delivery while managing technical risks, dependencies and competing priorities.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development and enterprise application delivery experience, including Java and React.
- 2+ years implementing Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform solutions, with hands‑on Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience.
- Strong experience with Dataverse, including data modelling, security and integrations.
- Experience with Node.js, Next.js, React, Java, .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server and REST APIs.
- Strong Azure experience, including Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, App Services, Key Vault and Storage.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, source control and automated deployments.
- Previous OPS or public‑sector experience, including CRM, case management, permitting, licensing, inspection or compliance solutions.
